Since we have been in business since 1976 we have a vast range of performance products from around the world. The one problem this causes is how do we list everything the simple way for us to help you find what you are looking for is if you do not see it listed in our catalog contact us thru our web site or just give us a call for what you are looking for.

What is ... Boxer4Racing Terms & conditions?

Terms & Conditions
Warranty - All products sold with manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty expressed or implied. Claims are started by contacting our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA). Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by ground, prepaid, including a copy of your invoice for proof of date of purchase. Teague's Auto dba Boxer4racing.com sole obligation shall be to repair, replace, or refund, at our option. Teague's Auto dba Boxer4racing.com will not be responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Teague's Auto dba Boxer4racing.com reserves the right to correct typographical errors.
Damaged Merchandise
Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within three (3) days. Teague's Auto dba Boxer4Racing cannot initiate claims for you
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item, properly pack, insure, and ship by ground, prepaid. Returned items must be in original boxes and must be unused and in resalable condition. Books, special orders, and electrical items are not returnable for refunds. No refunds on (Used) parts credit only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All Returns and canceled orders are subject to a restocking charge of 25% or $5.00 (whichever is greater).

Any merchandise held over 30 days may not be returned.
